Re: Midas Update - Anyone Seen this? Defo think the BOD's, especially Rowan Karstel needs to dig his hand in his pocket and grab a reasonable amount of shares to show his alignment mind, specially at these prices...dwiggy
Re: Midas Update - Anyone Seen this? Interesting read, one can understand why those that bought in say before sept/ above 0.2p with a large stake would be out for blood on the BOD, but you really do have to look at what they have done up to now and that link does cut to the point. From a short term view one could understand why you would sooner them up and sell as most people that bought in after at less than 0.2p would probably make some reasonable profit, but anyone above that would probably loose everything if the company had to quick fire sell there assets.Where as if it survives there is a good chance that in the longer term with averaging down/assuming the coal price improves that profit for the LTH is possible.I think this would fetch about 0.2-0.4p in a quick fire sail, they should easily get £5m for the lot even with the debt which as about 0.2p.dwiggy
Disgrace This BOD are a complete and utter disgrace and it is apparent that they are now just trying to keep their own jobs and the salaries that come with these positions as they will probably struggle to find other positions like this especially after causing the failure of this business.Personally I would rather the assets of the business be sold off with any return that is left distributed amongst the shareholders...it may be very little but it puts a stop to more dilution etc in the future.

Investigation The antics of this company and it's BoD need to be investigated. For what good it may do I've passed details to the SFO, FSA and LSE. Nothing ventured nothing gained, Good luck to all. suffering PI's here.

Disgraceful This latest sale of cheap shares to 'cronies' is just a slap in the face..nay kick in the nuts to Pi's..and clearly a blatant attempt to thwart the NO voters. It's not illegal of course..but it certainly should be. I just hope that it will encourage more PI's to vote NO now that the BOD have shown their true colours.
Re: RNS shocker That's all they can issue without approval at AGM.
It's a buy at these levels.... Now before anyone jumps across this ... Bear with me.Assets are now CONSIDERABLY higher than market cap. Experience tells me that even with more shares or administration we will see some form of bounce.I'd say it's more of a chance of short term profit at these levels than it was a month ago... Even with a dead mans bounce. The assets may not be worth 55 million dollars but they will multi bag a 500k market cap .... That's for sure. IMHODYORGLA!I'm in for a grand.
Re: RNS shocker According to an LSE poster they have issued a similar number of shares to that registered as a NO vote...... Surely can't be allowed ?
