Once the result of the General Meeting is known, a further announcement will be made later today, which may or may not lead to the continuation of the suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM. Sent two secure messages to III on the 5th of December requesting they take steps to register my votes at AGMs involving Frontera Resorces and Beacon Hill.Apology received last night, "sorry we missed the Beacon Hill request".Ample period of notice and they missed it, really?Well done III, it's not like it's important to me, don't worry about it.

No vote for me.I would trust the administrators to sell our assets more than I trust the board. They turned down 16p per share not all that long ago remember.If you need info, go to BHR board on LSE. Shareholders action group organising mass no vote to proposals to obliterate PI's.
