Re: FAO shelfstacker2015 In my view JFJ is now seriously damaged with the majority of shareholders voting against only iis supporting him and should resign at once. There is evidence that he attempted to stuff the ballot box also. Regards george

Re: AIM Regulation What do you expect them to do??

dizzyboy 20 Dec 2014

AIM Regulation I emailed the 'Regulator' and received the following reply. ([email protected])Thank you for your e-mail below regarding Beacon Hill Resources plc ("the Company".As you may already know, AIM Regulation is the department within London Stock Exchange that is responsible for the regulation of AIM. We can assure you that AIM Regulation investigates all complaints made as regards the conduct of AIM Companies and Nominated Advisers in respect of their compliance with the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules" and for Nominated Advisers ("Nomad Rules" and takes action where appropriate.Should you have a specific concern regarding the Company, we would be grateful if you would provide details for our further consideration.Kind regardsAIM REGULATIONMaybe if a few more 'disgruntled' PI's contact them they may actually do something.

revenue... Maybe I'm missing something here, but what happened about the expected income from the rolling stock lease contract? I don't recall seeing any RNS about this.

Well that was one heck of a week in the long running saga that is BHR. Are we dead and buried or will there be a white knight? Whatever happens I'm not going to let it spoil the Christmas holidays - what will be will be and I have no influence on the outcome what so ever. Sad to think such a resource once valued at £120million as been ground down to this by a bunch of incompetents. I accept the coal market is on it's back side but I'm sure more talented directors could have got this to Tier 1.

Have emailed RK and informed him I see no reason why the suspension can't be lifted. Wonder if he'll do the right thing and at least reply !!!
