Taz valuation Back in 2009 with measured and inferred this was valued at 69-83 million Oz dollars by consultants.people seem to have forgotten about this resource-regarded as the third kargest of its type in Australia! This asset -stripping BOD must be stopped at all costs even if we end up being totally scre--ed as PIs.

Morning Breezy and a happy new year to yourself and family. Even if cheap shares are on offer I won't be sinking more money in whilst the current BoD are in place. They are a shamble at best. If a serious player took over with a proven track record, i.e. Mick Davies at X2 then I would average down further. With my realistic head on, this is going into administration unfortunately. BHR are 18 months off having any form of income and I just don't think they can stay in business that long without any revenue. They lied to us in 2013 when they said they would be shipping coal in Q3/Q4 of 2013 when realistically it could be Q3/Q4 of 2016 - that's a 3 year difference! RK and his men should be struck off for gross incompetence. All the best idg69

Evening idg69 Happy new year. We should know very soon which way this is going to pan out. What do we do if they offer us some cheap shares do we gamble more money on this.

I would like to wish everyone in the good ship BHR a happy and prosperous new year. It may be happy for you, but it will take a real turn of events to become prosperous. Our BoD don't have what it takes to refloat this ship and I fear the breakers yard is where the tugs are heading. Nothing would make me happier than to be proved wrong but can't see it coming good for us. All the best idg69

Copied from LSE Discussion Board Just to keep everybody up to date, on the 2nd of January and following consultations, we made the following offer to the CEO, as of yet we have not had a response. We would find it incredible if they pursue their intensions of receivership without first talking to shareholders. Dear Mr Karstel, Firstly let me wish you a happy new year. Having attended recent meetings and now actively working on behalf of the BHR Action Group we would like to discuss the following items and would urge you to respond. There is no apparent reason as to why the stock is still suspended, it makes no sense, we might even get a pleasant surprise when the shares are re-listed as any increase in share price would ultimately mean less dilution going forwards. The share register has been requested, legally you have to submit it within 5 working days of the request or obtain a court order identifying why you are not prepared too, you have done neither. We have requested the voting numbers at the EGM, to date they have not been published. We would like to open dialogue with the company regarding private investors taking out a rights issue to support the company’s working capital until the proposed funding is secured from the DFI. We would envisage raising substantial funds and in return to take a significant ownership of the company. We would most likely seek the appointment of an individual nominated by shareholders to join the executive board. If, as you have stated within the meeting in December, you are committed to seeing this project / company through to profitable production, we cannot see any reason as to why you would not be supportive of investor involvement for the greater good of all. Everything appears to be “hotting” up in the region now, given the recent substantial investments from Japanese and Indian companies, it would be a shame for this valuable asset not to return future profits to shareholders and institutional investors who have so loyally supported the company until now. We look forwards to your response and a suitable date as to when we can convene a meeting. Yours truly,

Great work Katie and give credit where due to Andy. I'm sure the bod are sh""ing themselves with you guys taking them on. I have a question speaking with a friend last week I discovered he also had shares in BHR. Only a small amount around £700 bought in the good old days around the 15p region. I myself around 14k down at present and seriously thinking of joining up in London for the meeting. Would my friend also be able to place a vote having such a small amount of shares ? As I'm sure there's another hand that could be raised to support the BHR action group. Keep up the excellent work much appreciated. Regards CJ.

So that is the outcome of the NO vote..... From lse board...''Afternoon all Beacons, From the dialogue and not 100 percent on this sounds as though the company intend to take BHR to administration''.So that is the outcome of the NO vote.....
