Fist meeting has to be within 10 weeks.
Don't forget to keep your eyes on The London Gazettet for notices of first creditor meeting. No one at BHS will tell you. [link]
i thought the class action was no win no fee
if the pi`s need to vote 1. were do we need to go to vote and when 2.if it is London can we get enough people from enough towns and cites around the uk to hire out coaches to go and show our hands
Buff - there are some great people working on behalf of shareholders. Andy, Katie red are putting so much effort in at the moment. There may be a stage where us pi's need to vote. If this is the case I'd suggest all to attend a meeting for a show of hands. This bod must have the worst record in history for ruining a company. Let's hope with the dodgy recent dealings they'll be looked into , found out and put behind bars for a considerable length of time. Keep the faith and pressure on to stand a chance of getting what we deserve back. Good luck.
sorry for sounding like i dont know what is going on i know that bhr are in administration but if there is any money to be retrieved form this donkey how do we get it do we just wait here until something happens have got to sign up with some specialist lawyer write letters to anyone ....you get the idea how do we get our investment back or is it curl up and die time can someone advise
The deeper we dig the more dirt will be dug up in my opinion. It now looks to me as they were only interested in lining they're own and pals pockets. I've lost about 14 k here no that much compared to others and much more than a few others. I'm not prepared to just walk away, happy to help with anything I can do. Even if it's a trip to Moz to dig a few holes. Obviously to get a few shovel gulls of coal !!! I also think it would be worth getting share holders together for a private meeting. Entry on the basis you have hard evidence you own shares in the company and also a passport to confirm who you are. Just in case a few insides decide to turn up. Big thanks to Andy Katie, red & others that's so deeply involved on our part. Thank you guys.
Thank you Andy and all the other people behind the scenes who are fighting our cause. Keep the good work up Andy and lets get a positive result.
attempts to ensure they do not now walk off with the assets which shareholders have paid a considerable sum of capital for. I will be travelling back to the UK mainland shortly and would like to meet with the action committee if someone would prove me with contact details....
Due to the importance attached to the vote, I flew in from Hong Kong to attend the EGM and vote as My holding was in excess of 15million shares. I must say I was most disappointed to see the extremely poor attendance by shareholders given the activities of the BOD in the run up to the meeting. I am therefore delighted to see that there is now a core body of shareholders actively engaged in
