I'm desperate to see this rise, but realistically, until some concrete news that places the company on a safer long term footing, who would put money in now. I have funds sat on the sidelines to average down further from 1.2p but until I can be more confident we can get through the next 6-12 months it can stay where it is. I put a further 3k in on the rise at .66p expecting break through news on finance to get massive dilution and I got burned once again. It's hard to switch off from BHR once you're in. I'd be happy to leave them sat in a drawer for 3-4 years if I was confident they would still be a going concern. They could surprise us all but their track record to date is very poor. The assets haven't gone away and there is still a lot of god quality coal in the ground but has yet it is all untapped potential. I hadn't envisaged any of this when I bought in over 12 months ago when they were supposedly only months off exporting coal. Good luck all and I really mean that. idg69
Romanof - Let's not bicker, it's not in anyone's interest. I'm on this bb because I have £30k tied up in this stock. I mention a firesale because I sadly don't see a future for BHR under our current BoDs. Ask yourself this - In the last 3 years has RK delivered anything on time and as scheduled. The answer is no he hasn't. They haven't even sold any coal. There is no revenue coming in. Even the train lease debacle hasn't manifested into anything yet - it's a shambles. Nothing gives me confidence at this moment in time that he and his merry men can do anything other than run this into the ground. I would love to be proved wrong as I would desperately like my hard earned money back in my bank account. I don't no what your own exposure is in this outfit and maybe you feel different. Wishing you well. idg69
bp82 - yeah man, write a cheque directly to Darwin, don't invest in this doo doo
I agree Breezy, many false truths have been told. Disgraceful state of affairs all round. Signing off for today. All the best matey, idg69
Eloquently phrased there Romanof - couldn't have put it better myself. I think all concerned in this shark pool have every reason to be concerned. For a company who 12 months back reported they now had sufficient funding through to Tier 1 production to now be in this state now is diabolical. It's only money at the end of the day - though it will smart a little if it all goes down the toilet on such a promising prospect. RK must be a real lightweight in business terms to have not sorted this out 2 years ago. Fire sale on the horizon is my prediction.
Some good posts over on LSE by the guys who attended yesterday's meeting, looks like they are saying this is pretty much finished if you read between the lines, however if the BoD deliver the loco' sand funding we may live to fight another day, next couple of weeks are critical. However that much dilution and more to come any chance of Long Termers seeing a return are probably slim to none, loss limitation play, Darwin will sell into rises and basically control the SP from now on, probably worth trying to trade this. Evening Breezy, I have just switched on to read over today's posts and news. I have had a stinker of a day having been on the go since 1.30am, M1 North bound closed for most of the day didn't help getting back North from London. This whole affair is an absolute disgrace and the BoD should be shot for what they have done with this company and it's stock. It makes my blood boil when I read of further warrants and anti-dilution shares for Darwin and the likes. It is criminal what they are doing. Karstel is an absolute fool and clearly not capable of holding his position in such a business. Reading on Sunday that Mick the Miner at X2 has a war chest of 2.4billlion to invest in mining projects and is also raising further funds for investment and our board 12 months on still haven't secured the senior debt facility - unbelievably poor form. I am sick to the stomach when I think of losing the whole lot. I'm £26k down with a valuation of just over £4k - I could cry (but I won't). What the likes of Sukithedog must be feeling having piled £100k into this a can't imagine. I appreciate we are not out of the came just yet but we are certainly down. Flabbergasted by the whole BoD's incompetence.
oh dear the little mini rally seems to have come to a halt - did warn you not to buy in here for a couple of days whilst the dust settled......my buy in price is 0.125
