yoyo - you must be looking at different charts my friend! If you bought yesterday at 0.022, with the spread on this share you won't be making profit today if you sell. I wish you well in your endeavours but be careful were BHR are concerned and take this in this spirit it is given and from someone who knows.

Oh and of course it will allow BHR to continue to pay my big fat salary for another 12-18 months whilst I sit with my finger up my butt!

Q7. What will the restructuring mean for current shareholders? A7. “The restructuring will improve BHR’s ability to attract the new funding required to develop the mine into a Tier 1 cash cost producer, in addition to providing working capital, and it will also improve the Company’s ability to service its debt.

re:Bob In order to facilitate these Proposals, the Board also proposes to effect a Share Capital Reorganisation, the effect of which will be to consolidate the Company's Existing Ordinary Shares into New Ordinary Shares on a one for 1,000 basis whilst retaining the existing nominal value of the Existing Ordinary Shares.
