Re: Placing @ 3.25 In hindsight it might of been better to place the shares with a single buyer 0 .25 cheaper as they might of held more and they were not flipped as much.

Well ..... it looks like it's beginning an uptrend now. Seems like sentiment is more positive than I gave credit for.

Amazing I find some of the posts here absolutely amazing! Do people really believe that with a placing at 3.25 the SP is NOT going to do anything but trace down? The MMs get forewarning of these issues and set the price with that expectation. After that it's supply and demand, nothing but. And of course there'll be more selling as those who received the discounted shares cash in and others sell before it's too late. And then we all buy in again! The question is where to call the bottom of the market. Given the above its likely to be sub 3p, but remember - nothing has changed except the company now has money. Thus the SP will go back up until the Kalak decision, after which it will go up even more. So either play the peak s and troughs of the market or STOP WHINGING!

Re: Back to 6p 6p? Maybe. Maybe not. The implication is BEM is skint, and yes the issue is a massive discount to SP so this suggests either desperation or someones getting a very good negotiated deal. I'd like to know what's hidden behind the 415k to be spent on 'Corporate'?

Back to 6p Give it a week and BEM will be back to 6p. The -31% percent has NO refection on the number of BUYS today.Totally agree with you exhayle. Only 9% increase in the number of shares, so why down..???

Re: Placing @ 3.25 Interesting comment from Tom Winnifrith S.P site.He claims Beaufort offered to raise 1.3 million @ 3.75 which they turned down and instead went for a single buyer raising 1.25 million @ 3.25.If true i think share holders need explanation.

Placing @ 3.25 We were all waiting for another spike up .Is this a normal placing . why not make an open offer i would of brought more @ 3.25.AIM ....

Re: Cash till Feb Well I took my own advise and sold in December. Hope some folk sold and not too many underwater, but such is the cycle for BEM for the foreseeable. Looking to reestablish my original holding at some point. If there was a very very weak buy button, I may have pressed it today.GLA
