Redbird based on all purchases and throwing in those of the "dastardly duo" ---from the date of the RNS then Redbird can only own about 55% of the shares -has anybody done a similar exercise.Or have I missed any contribution from other collaborators
Iron ore under $60..... lowest since since 2009!Seems weird to me that with commodities diving you'd want to roll the dice. Still as Granny was wont to say "nought as weird as folk".Once delisted this will be harder to monitor and worst of all Red Bird can do what they want!As for your "thumb-nail math" wishful thinking me thinks. Oh hang on that's a bit harsh - very wishful thinking! LoSA Gamblers Anonymous are missing a few clients!
Re: Rich1414 Current value at 6p would value BAO at $31.7M the additional $12 will be about 38% dilution making the 6p worth 3.7p. But the company is more valuable so the low level would be at least 4pAssuming they want to make a profit and recoup their investment from earlier years they must be aiming at 10p post dilution if not more.So looking on the positive side we could see at least 10p in a few years. If they go to production then yes more money will be needed (LOTS) but the company becomes more valuable but with more share holders. Any ones guess the sp in production but I am going to assume 15 plus.If it all goes to 0 then I lost my investment which I made knowing the riskSo I am going to roll the dice one more time and go with the dealAlso to keep in touch thought about pro boards, opened one as BAORichi1414
Rich1414 If you read the preamble of the Take Over document you'll note, Redbird need 75%.After that the warnings standout like the proverbial. My favourite more "money is required" ergo more dilution! Bulletin budddies and evangelists will never make you money. Sure they confirm your bias towards, in this case, a great investment.Even when I mentioned that commodity prices were depressed I was ridiculed, becuase it stroked the cognitive dissonce. [link] at the end of the day I can only suggest what I have done in the past and that's have a bloody good weekend with the paltry remants and be more suspect in the future.Tuckman is not an investor. He's a gambler in denial. One more roll, one more pull of the pokies handle, she'll be right mate.LoSA Off for a days sailing sans clients.
Re: De- Listing No problem, new high risk but could be either big reward or big loss.I have not changed my tune from the beginning and will hold until the end.I would wait and see what the offer document looks like first as it could bring either solutions or more problems!!
Re: De- Listing Thanks Tuckerman,I think I will stick with it, my other stocks were rrr rrl bem afe, usop, and cnr based on my track record may as well let bao run to the end aswell
Re: Who's the fool? Its a sign of age LOSA something I don't have to worry about yet. Don't worry I shall let you know who buys the project in due course and how it all pans out in the end. Good or bad, but I shall enjoy the ride and the experience it gives me. Been here long enough to understand the risk and also how it has changed from the very beginning. Shame as the project is nearly fully de-risked that a new risk is born.Even if it goes all well this year it still has to be sold. It might already be sold. One thing for sure though is that they will get a much better price for it with it de-listed than at a market capital that does not do it justice. All IMO of course..... Best you get on a cross trainer then, less impact on those knees
Re: Who's the fool? Oh I'm trading elsewhere thanks and as a balanced portfolio holder will yet again be paying tax!The subject does concern me, in as much I can learn. And learning is important. Passion is for the bedroom; disciplined thought and research is for investing. You, I'm afraid fell in love with an underfunded hole in the ground. You never read the book proffered "Extraordinary Madness of Crowds" nor would you have a clue what cognitive dissonance is or how to break the cycle.Instead you believed the Emperor was dressed throughout the charade called BAO.I'll be her for awhile yet and when I know who buys the Resource License I'll let you know.LoSA Doesn't Jog plays havoc with the knees!
Re: Who's the fool? Jog on LOSA, this ship has sailed for you, no more trading the ups and downs for you. Don't even know why you are still hanging around as you have no interest.Your the fool wasting your time on a subject that does not concern you. You just keep your eye on the world as someone should as obviously I am not. You keep it stable for me while I wait for the outcome of this project.Good luck LOSA I will miss our conversations.............................
Re: De- Listing Not sure on the message board after delisting. You will get an offer document from your broker giving you your options for your remaining. It will be with you within 28days from the initial announcement.Still plenty of time to decide
Re: De- Listing Any one know of a message board we can keep in touch after delisting? Also will the company write to all share holders to offer to buy at 6p, or do we have to contact them.Still undecided on what to do with whats left in my account
Matrapetroleum ...... Grabbing anything in this sea of cognitive dissonance.Look in the mirror and see someone who made a bad decision, but couldn't jump off the train wreck. It's a massive lesson and if you take it onboard you'll be a better man in future.LoSA Extraordinary delusion!
Who's the fool? That was probably the most telling thing you've ever posted Tuckman. Who's the fool?Do some real research! The World is not BAO!
De- Listing An example company below who went down the delisting route[link] a potential avenue of how it could work out[link] information no doubt to come in the Offer document
Re: Tuckman Don't be an fool LOSA, resources are not unloved, those that can be produced for the cheapest in the world. China is having to reduce its Steel production by 70mt per year by 2017. Where do you think that will be developed. Who directed the company to go towards China. Who do you think are the best contacts within MCCTraders are not the market you fool. It is the people with the serious money not the small timers like us. The risk has changed, its now not the project it is the new management. You however like other traders will not have a chance, I take that risk and either will be rewarded or lose out. My choice because I am invested, not for those sitting on the sidelines. No more graphs or charts as it enters a new domain, IMO project will make it in spades but just will the left over shareholders?
