Re: The End Game. Sorry Rosser has just been ignoring my emails for a while now since i sent a slightly scathing email after the entity walked away (not even that scathing really). The only titbit i have come across is iskandias attempt to invest in another tech related project in Australia (see previous post). There has been some activity on the buying front but maybe not enough to show whether any rumours might be true about what AXM is up to. I can post up your query on advfn if you want me to but no point me emailing Rosser again.
Re: The End Game. Character6 & Robjm66 and anyone else who may have an idea of what's going on.... I don't know how much truth there is in it but heard axm are involved in project in Australia. Could be what the advisor/consultant got his shares for and why they were able to raise money. Hopefully axm will put something out if true. Perhaps robjm66 could ask Rosser? I have friends in Australia so will be doing some digging (pardon the pun) this week. I have been in this share for many years and am clinging on in there, though the lack of any news will see my holding disapate....
The End Game. Massive trading (for this share) today. Reason? As usual, no one has a Scooby.RNS stating that "A" has been paid "X" in virtually worthless shares for doing what? Stinks of what is typical AXM business practice nowadays.Nothing from our leading light, regarding the highly unusual trading pattern. Probably has donned the alter ego hat (see 10/1/15)Nothing to see hear folks, just move on"The LSE board has been alight this weekend with people whose monikers I have never seen before, with regard to this share.Sad state of affairs.
Placement. Just had a look at Hume Capital Securities. Their financial position makes AXM look like the BofE..I wonder what Northland think of this situation.
Re: Spread. Iskandi looking to invest elsewhere? What does this mean pass....[link]
Spread. 40%. That will surely encourage new investors.Although, they and we, would be delighted to know what the investement is in.
Re: Premises and Personnel. I have been disappointed at the failed attempts in reaching a commercial deal for the technology, the mid tier mining entity being the latter. All RNS statements have lacked substance, so they can't be done for over egging the pudding on that side at least, this is where I, PI's and the market needed something quantifiable to work with.Being a speculator (that's the game with some of these AIM shares) I am finding it intriguing that a placing of £360K has taken place so, this leads me to think there's something in the pipeline, has the mid tier miner come back on the scene, sivas or one of the other projects from the past. Otherwise, why not let the company go to the wall and pick up the technology on the cheap? I, for one am holding and have picked up a few hundred £'s at this level.
Re: Premises and Personnel. m - well there have been enough warning signs that all was not well with AXM, but I dont blame PIs too much, especially when managment like to big up an overly bullish view, but hide behind 'confidentiality' to make it impossible to make an assesment of prospects on anything but hope.PIs do generally need to apply more scepticism when investing, particularly when it comes to managements comments, but there is little sign of that happening unfortunately. The BoDs of the AIM cos know that many PIs are easily dazzled by a bullish story and shamelessly exploit it. New World Oil and Gas was a classic recent example of a bunch of cowboy directors shameless behaviour - they even took out loans from the company to buy into one of their own placings. PIs still refused to question their integrity, and any criticism of them was met with derision. The co is now on death row and an SP of .5p - All very sad.
Re: Premises and Personnel. AR - I don't really see it as PIs getting shafted by the company: PIs should accept when they're investing in AIM they are taking a bit of a punt. If we pick a winner the rewards could be huge, and of course if we pick a dog then we can lose the lot. Like you, I am surprised they've been able to raise more cash, but doubtless there's some 'protection' involved. There again, maybe there's big news just around the corner.......(lol)
Re: Premises and Personnel. m - the thing that decided me to sell a good while ago (around 9p) was a phone conversation I had with Rosser. I found him slippery to say the least, and when he tried to flatter me in respose to my questioning, I thought that is it, I do not trust you one bit.The latest placing perhaps gives the directors another years comfortable salary before AXM hit the buffers, but it is disgraceful they way they have dragged this out and exploited PIs hopes. I was just amazed anyone wanted to participate in a placing. Its always unpleasant when PIs get shafted like this, but it is the story of AIM all too often - I know AXM was unlucky with changes in Argentinas laws when it was an explorer, but its latest so called IP has proved a little too like snake oil when tested! I just hope it hasnt been too disasterous for holders.
Re: Premises and Personnel. No consolation, but you're not alone. I first got into AXM a month or so after they floated, and I've been in and out of them ever since. Never made much out of those trades, by the way. But I was always tempted back in by an underlying belief they would eventually come good. This is the first time I can say that, in my opinion, AXM is now a dead duck. My current holding is insignificant, so not worth dumping, but I have written it off.
Premises and Personnel. Are where? Where was the technology developed? How many people work for the company? What do they do? How are they paid?I read a few weeks ago, that the float price was 30p. Well done somebody. Not this mug sadly.
The End Game. Just keep an eye out for our (huh) leader, donning his stockbroker hat. Galvanising all the crooks who run AIM and their cohorts to one last gigantic pump and dump. They make good any losses, if any, and AXM fades away.Timing is of the essence my friends. Sad, but that"s the way I see this sorry story concluding.
Re: Well here we are. Jardinero 7 Jan'15 - 082 - 2543 of 2544 1 0Thought that I should let you know that I spoke with Martin R.on Monday. I passed on to him many of our concerns, including the inability of the co to convert their property into real time uses.I asked when they are turning off the lights,to which he said they were doing everything possible to stay open; mention of the need for funds received my retort that they were not getting one cent from me, and that I had called time on my investment. I suggested that he, the chairman, should write to all shareholders explaining the failures of his co.as for seven years we have been given the mushroom treatment, and by way of this missive apologise to us all- he agreed it was a good idea but insisted that "bad luck" had played a major part in the demise of AXM.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's see if he does it.Happy New Year to all.robjm66 7 Jan'15 - 11:39 - 2544 of 2544 0 0 editThanks Jardinero he just ignored my email. Maybe if the present board do not have the luck and cannot be bothered to keep shareholders up to date on developments all the shareholders big and small should get together and get someone who can be bothered and is more "lucky".
Happy Christmas. To all. With all that has gone before, I am left with no hope with this "entity" named AXM.Why not release the name of the latest company to decline our wares?
