Re: Partnership!! Interesting chart, Andy. It could be a carbon copy of soooo many AIM tiddlers since 2011. Same old story no doubt....riches mañana - NOT! Directors lapping at the trough? I reckon 2016 will be a real doom year for anyone who is not actually processing ore and earning income. Today's market has no more tolerance for exploring, drilling and share dilutions.
Re: Partnership!! r66 - sorry to disagree re the market, but surely it has been all too rational in its view of AXM's prospects? I cant recall how many test plants have been installed over the years, but potential deals have just not appeared, and it surprises me a little that, with the SP at this dire level, you still seem to have room for hope that some deal will arrive to benefit PIs.I hope it does start to deliver, as you have been through the mill with this one, and one should never say never, but there have been many warning signs along the way. Best of luck -
Mr Tanner Appears/is. something to do with Charles Stanley, investement experts.
Re: Partnership!! I agree with you Rob, this is confirmation of the potential value of the technology, as Ebullio stated in the Sivas Licence agreement:"The Sivas mine has the potential to place us amongst the lowest cost copper producers in the world and be the cornerstone in our quest to build a significant copper focused mining group."As to who picked up the shares hopefully we will know soon but to be able to raise £420k the investors must have been convinced not only that the technology works but it is about to be commercialised!Mr Tanner is certainly convinced

Re: Partnership!! Well you have my sympathy Cumisk being in this share for that long I thought I was long suffering. Think the largest warning bell is why no explanation for Ebullio not coming through with the funds. My suspicion is that they actually want to grab the company on the cheap and/or take it private the same way compass resources itself has been taken private. It will be interesting to see who actually picked up the shares in the placing. Logically they should be able to close one of the deals in the background but this situation reminds me of that old saying about the market can stay irrational for longer than you can stay solvent.
Partnership!! Hi Rob, glad to see you still out there...I am quietly confident that news can't be far off, why invest £420K in a company that's not on the brink of a breakthrough deal. Once that deal comes through the board will be mobbed with posters that haven't got a clue about the share but it will be good to have a bit more company and others to bounce thoughts off.In the Turkey section of the RNS, I like the following statement' The Company believes that its technology could be highly beneficial for miners in this area of Turkey and is in discussions about bringing in significant third party support. 'AXM would then be in the arena, hopefully at a low cost base with revenue streams, it would only be logical for other miners to follow suit once they could see the savings this tech will make in hard cash.Hopefully my next post will be at 1.5p, I have been in this share for 6 or 7 years and have bought at all levels.

Re: Fund raising falls through r66 - sorry to say I don't see AXM being around much longer. You really have to wonder what they have been doing to justify any salary after all these years of non-delivery. Its a disgrace!Unfortunately they have taken shareholders for a ride in my view, and it will be little short of a miracle if AXM can turn around.

Zinc dust and residues. Are where Indium is found. As at this morning £888 per 1lb. Wonder if this fuels AXM"s interest in zinc projects. All on Wiki.

Re: Reconstruction Hi Cumisk,Ebullio brought out a rns on 16th of April declaring their reducing stake, generally though AXM has a history of shareholders declaring increasing or decreasing stakes weeks or even months after they happen. Actually think at one time Ebullio or someone gave them a nudge to clean things up a bit and we had a sudden slew of Rnss.I think the sale has not happened in its entirety not even certain that it has happened at all. More likely it has not happened yet as if it had the share price would have spiked upward and Kefi would have not been so desperate for funds to give Ebullio such a large chunk of the company for pennies. The money was conditional on Ebullio selling a minority stake of RCR Quantum (main asset Sivas)News is hinted at but have Ebullio got back into AXM because of news there or the potential at Compass resources? Were probably lucky that the company only raised such a small amount as it means news is expected at some time and Ebullio has not been given an even larger stake.Poor show though to raise money at this level when news is expected sometime but i guess they were over a barrel. News cannot be that imminent as the fund raising would have been done on off the back of it, however Ebullio expect news and they have deeper pockets.
