topping back up I topped up with 10k shares today at 103.5 but on moneyam it shows as a sell. Pity - because I was trying to boost the price ! Hope the recent fall back is over done.

Re: Sold - boom or bust In these parts one could have a good night out for £12.50.Since that is what the dealers would charge me to sell up, I think ( well I know ) I will keep hold of my shares - come what may. At least the gold price is helping.

Sold - boom or bust Having held for 5 years, finally sold out today to yield the value of a night out for one! The company's insolvent and illiquid and thus entirely dependent upon its creditors (trade and financial - principally Elliot) forbearance. A reading of the Auditors report and the first note to the 2015 Annual Report summarises the risks nicely.I did toy with the notion that AVM has secured financing for its Tri-K project - perhaps subject to a capital raise (hence the imminent 1-10 consolidation) - and a leak of this information would explain it's recent strength. If true, AVM could be a multi-bagger. However, on balance and just imo I believe the AGM tomorrow is more likely to bring bad news/delay than good - hence my sale.Good luck to any who continue to hold/buy.

Share Consolidation The notice of AGM contains details of a 1 for 10 share consolidation.The main reason for this is to enable the company to issue more shares in an effort to raise cash. So further share dilution looks to be on the cards.
