Just scare tactics I have a feeling these will bounce big next week after the courts through out the case on MondayThe last RNS was scary but for a reason i just cant see them letting this go under and closing the mine there is just too much at steak for the local community.If the mine closed the jobs and the hit to the local community will be devastating I know its a gamble but i have loaded up based on my theory.

Re: A forseable disaster In answer to your question shareholders have little option other than to wait and see what happens in court. Having got out in 13/14 I personally wouldn't be a buyer at today's price.

Re: A forseable disaster Yep does not look good but they have a hearing on the 7th with a verdictDo you think it will be over if they have a successful outcome there and the share will rally back up or do you think this is going to drag on and be the end of this company in its present form.The wording in the statement leads me to believe its scare tactics to get a favourable court outcome with job threats and mine closure talk.could well be down to single figures again.

A forseable disaster 22-12-15 end is nighnht Departure of finance director said it all...most unlikely there will be any value left in this company for existing shareholders by this time next year.Thought i'd remind rampers like Shugg that this was on the way out.

Down 11%... ...does someone know something?I thought the fall might be due to fall in gold prices but gold price fairly stable at $1320 - so is there something else someone knows about AVO?
