Also remember this.. 17 MAR AUREUS MINING ANNOUNCES GOLD UPDATEin Mining ShareAureus Mining (LSE:AUE) announced gold production of a 4,500 ounces during the first 14 days of its March operations at the New Liberty Gold Mine in Liberia.[link] Days 4500 OZ ...That's $5.65 million dollars in two weeks...at $1250 an ounce..Should smash that with a 100,000 ton stockpile to get through on start up..Excited..VERY!!

Gold still climbing.. Almost $1300 an ounce today.. Everything is looking great here...Cant wait for the production news and start back up..Maybe it will come at 2.30 when TSX opens.. Its due right now..

Re: Production to begin within days.. MNG's take over is a positive sign, the people who already know-how about the business has acquired 55% of the company. Hopefully the company should be in business soon.

Re: Start up of production... Hopefully by next week the plant should get the go-ahead. Can`t see much movement upward until this is confirmed.Have to admit i did take some profit this Morning but still have 250,000 at 0.31 average, so will be holding these.See ya all next week with a lot less to worry about for Aureus....Enjoy your weekend.

Start up of production... [link] gradual process will have begun and all the maintenance work that would have had to have been completed will also now be completed or close to it.That means full production may begin imminently with no breaks or maintenance issues going forwards for a good while.It will be very interesting to see just how many oz they can produce now on full tilt..Still a great buy below 20p

Re: Very Very solid BUY!!!. 10 p SP before selling half of holding within 3 Months. The big RNS all are awaiting will see a further spike to take us above the 0.6p mark at a minimum. All depends if holders sell up & take their profits. Looks tempting to take a profit now but it is a gamble if you will now get in below 0.4p again.

Nameplate capacity at New Liberty is around 120,000 oz per year.Thats very very big bucks indeed!!!The US$30m equity investment was at 3.21p per share, a 22% premium to the share price the previous day.The money would allow New Liberty to resume production and pay off creditors.The deal underlined the value of the New Liberty operation.Grade is keyAt 3.4 grams per tonne gold, the 924,000 ounce reserve at New Liberty looks economic[link] even allowing for the current volatility in the gold market.According to the definitive feasibility study, the project’s break-even all-in costs per ounce including capital repayment will ring in at US$1,050 per ounce.The focus now will be to ramp up plant performance and production levels towards the design capacity of 119,000 ounces annually.

Topped up with a further 275,600 albeit at the top asking price. 3.6p.Surprised the S.P. didn`t go higher though as it looks to be a multi-bagger.will be a few profit takers on the rise but going to hold for a while longer...
