Re: Over 1 billion shares Shugg1e, are you pretending to be surprised? This was pre-announced and what I referred to in the previous thread.Struggling to make the numbers work though. There appears to be around 100M extra shares that have come from somewhere.

My take on IFC (international Finance Corporation) pulling the plug on 2 million shares last week is that it's not a big deal, and don't worry about it. It represents such a ridiculously small portion of the shares in circulation. I believe Aureus is currently working on a pilot scale to test drive the new equipment. Then it's full steam ahead. Good results in terms of efficiency in churning out gold, will propel the SP much higher. The Sun will then shine.

Re: Production news!! Hi barno99,Could you explain where the $750 per oz cost figure comes from please? The all in cash costs from the latest presentation is $900 per oz but it's not easy to figure out what that includes from the financial reports.

The MCAP we should be working with now in anticipation of that is around $51.6M.Unless I've completely misread the Equity Financing RNA -"Upon completion of the Offering, MNG will own an aggregate of 662,222,429 Shares, only taking into account the Shares issued or issuable pursuant to the Offering, representing approximately 55% of the then issued and outstanding Shares."As long as the gold price stays around these levels, we run the mine without incident and start paying down debt for a while I don't see why we can't see a higher MCAP. Just need a few of these hurdles cleared I think.

Re: Re-rating It does seem to be sluggish in responding to the gold price increase.I think we need the 331M new shares to be issued to start trading freely. Any ideas when that might be?
