Re: MNG Thank you shruggle. iii have the share issue at 541 m. taking the sp at 3pence that puts the company as capitalised at 16m. Is this correct???? It would certainly be cheap if it is, especially if production is back on track.Red

Re: MNG Its a joint venture now and yes they have every intention of increasing hare holder value since they do indeed own a very large chunk of the shares

Share Price Is there likely to be a lower entry point than today's price?

MNG Has anyone worked out what the current state of affairs is with regard to who owns and operates this mine now? It would seem that the management of Aureus have sold the mine and handed over the running of the mine to MNG Gold. Is this correct? And MNG have no share interest in the mine. All the shares remain with AUE and its management. The licences remain with AUE? MNG own the produce of the mine and presumably any revenue resulting from sale of gold produced. Do MNG have any intention of working the mine that would result in an increase in share value. Any clarification very welcome pleaseRed

By Jove I have been humbugged! I anticipated a move at New Liberty to rationalisation, but of the process rather than inventory. But a clever move nonetheless! New Liberty could not have survived in this present economic environment where the cost of pouring gold equaled the current price of gold. New Liberty has some leeway now, and should the price of gold increase due to economic turbulence, then the business would prosper. This still does not excuse New Liberty for its being economic with news updates.

About time Its about time this share started to move northwardsYou have the likes of SOLG with a £155m market cap who have gone to 12p from 4p and haven't even built a mine yet then you have AUE who have a working mine and a profitable business model.Hopefully they should now start to deliver based on a similar valuation to the hype stock mentioned above the AUE share price should be 10-12p

Will the new management at New Liberty be the ones to sink the nails in the coffin? Only time will tell. But time is running out. Investors need to be kept abreast of developments. With a gag on news, investors are fretting, but their patience is running thin.

If the new Board of Aureus seem to be drowning in technical woes, one solution would be to farm the problem out to another "player" who is more adept to fine tuning. Management have not to date declared a breakthrough on technical problems, and we can only surmise, in the absence of reports, that difficulties still remain. If these problems are not ironed out soon, it would not be too surprising for investors to jump ship, and parley with Centamin and the like, which does not seem to be bogged down in the mire.

With a gag on Aureus, and few other contributors, it appears that I have been "chosen" to fill the gap. When Aureus does publish, investors need to see a production price of less than $1,000 / oz and a good recovery rate. Gold price for 22 Aug 2016 is $1,339 / oz. To publish figures of $1,300 / oz will make investors mad and send them scurrying for cover. Further, the process needs to be repeatable and be able to handle thousands of tonnes of ore. The investment world will see the wilful withholding of bad news as tantamount to a criminal offence, which is a poor entree for a new company. The new Board need to be aware that the train packed with investors will be leaving the station soon, so New Liberty better get its skates on.

What the heck is going on at New Liberty? Evidently the new owners have not got the Midas touch, and they are not keeping us properly briefed. Be ready to cut-and-run.

ureus rise like a phoenix out of the ashes, or forever be lost in a sea of ignominy? The share price cannot be beaten that much lower before this stock is lost in space. What is the new Board doing about it?

Correction, last line, per ounce. Apologies.

The SP is heading south again, nearing its 52 week low of 2.25p. Only timely action by the Board and prompt, or should I say very prompt updates will keep the company afloat. If there are problems with refractory ore, investors need to know. If it's a question of needing specific pieces of machinery, again, we need to know. The Board shoot themselves in the foot if ever they think of "them" and "us." We need very good information flow and that all important gold pour. A statement needs to be issued saying, for example, we started with 0.5 tonne of 3.5 g / tonne ore, and after the following processes, and after so many weeks, produced so many kilos of gold. And then the statement needs to go on, "And this compares with perhaps 3 other gold producers in the Table shown below." Then, to conclude, "We are pleased to announce that we can produce 10 kg amounts of gold at each pour, at a cost of US$ 1000 per gram." That has got to be the gist of it.
