5 billion shares Dilution on a grand scalegot this one totally wrongwait for the 1 for 100 consolidation
Re: Outlook still looks dodgy... I wouldn't sell below 2p (ideally 5p+) and certainly won't buy any more AUE stock above the 1.5p Broker Option & last placement price.
Re: Outlook still looks dodgy... Yeah....about a year ago I remember this being a Mail on Sunday red hot tip at 21 pence, I guess a lot of people would have punted, hope they got out before this point.Anybody any thoughts on whether its worth a punt now or when would the trigger point be?HoG
Outlook still looks dodgy... Long way to go yet to see AUE profitable... can see the share price dropping further until they can increase the gold recovery percentage above 95% at least - 80% is just not good enough.
Re: Broker Option You've got your numbers wrong HPC Follower. There were 450m shares available in the Broker Option, so 230m remain unclaimed. However, as I understand it you have missed the boat. I believe that applications had to be made to Numis by yesterday to claim these shares. Quite how you do this, when there is no open offer, and as a nominee shareholder, your shares are not in your name, is puzzling. There has been some debate about this on LSE, and some posters have managed to persuade their brokers to ask Numis to allocate shares for them. It remains to be seen whether they will get them. This whole process was a pigs ear from when they announced it. They suggested that small shareholders could apply for additional shares, but made it as hard as possible for them to do so. The RNS was vague and somewhat misleading on this. I got the impression that they did not really want to be bothered with small shareholders. I was not impressed and sold out.
Broker Option As I understand it, NUMIS have taken 210m of the Broker Option shares leaving 330m shares for an Open Offer at the same placement price of 1.5p (roughly £5 milion worth). What I don't understand is when this offer will be made available to shareholders as at the 27th October Record Date... anyone know or understand more here?
My enthusiasm for Aureus Mining is waning in an atmosphere of little news and continuing problems. This is the sort of situation which rings alarm bells to me. Withholding progress reports and choosing to be very frugal with the truth is not a recipe to entice investors. We are now 6 months into the New Liberty restart, and all we see is a fading share price. There has been time enough to optimise conditions, and liaise with existing mines which use low grade ore, and seek advice. There has been time enough to despatch new inventory to the mine to ramp up the extraction process. Investors need information which addresses process obstacles, debt repayments, the amount of bullion being shipped and some forecast of future events. No good will become of this whole enterprise if these and other issues are not promptly addressed.
Re: Share Price When gold goes to $5000 an OZ by the looks of it maybe then it might just get to 3p a share
Re: Share Price So Shuggs, when exactly is the "only way up" leg of this share going to start???
Mrs Nimby of Lancashire Item on BBC News on objections to Quadrilla's license to drill had to make me laugh, when they spoke to 'Mrs Nimby' who lives in a large double glazed house at least 100ft from a busy main road, which runs past the field bordered by a large hedge, where the site is presumeably located. She complains about the possible increase in traffic, noise and noxious smell going to emanate from the site. My suggestion is to grow a leylandii hedge on her border to reduce already existing problems and she may be pleasantly surprised by the results.
Re: Liberation? ? what is meant is that the share price should reflect a fully up and running profitable operation, but due to the poor management of the start up process (cheap is not always best!!), shareholders have lost significant value and it may take some time if at all to recover
Re: Liberation? ? Where have you been?It already is up and running
Liberation? ? When is Liberty due to be up and running?
Re: MNG Yes exactly SOLG is valued at £229m and they haven't even built a mine yetvery very cheap but is off the radar at the moment.
Re: MNG III L2 shows 1.2 billion AUE shares and the market capital at £33m.
