Re: What to do. Just phone them! I have just done so with my NO vote. Very straightforward to do by phone. They have not received anything re the GM and vote and think it is unlikely that they will receive anything. Phone them!

Re: When things start looking good Thanks Tommy.To be fair I hadn't read that far by then as I was already choking on the guff I was reading and couldn't stomach any more.I guess the meeting will be quite lively. Have now managed to read the whole rns and I am pretty sick at my stupidity at thinking the BOD have changed and were actually interested in share holders.Leaving the QTC OX, director buys, Spring Capital, Mount Charles etc etc this stinks.Anyone think we can get Mary Best to vote NO?

You have not posted here since Sept 14 and have been very quiet while all the good news rns' have been released. I hope you are not here to gloat but I hope you have some constructive input into how this can be slowed or even stopped.I like the fact that you say this share holder has worked for ATC as consultant. Where did you find that info?

What now? Now we make this as difficult as we can for the BOD. This is in no way in the share holders advantage.Vote no.Read LSE ATC as very good posts today, link below. I do not post on LSE but if any one here does please get them to post on here so we can work together to try to stop this, in my view, abuse of trust.[link] Christmas ATC.

Re: When things start looking good and as the mist clears, the 7% holder has worked as an ATC consultant, and the board are supporting the motion, and recommending all others do the same.One day they'll make a book about this story, though it's one of many they could choose.

News. I was under the impression that a circular or RNS would have been released by now concerning the name change and other shenanigans going on at present.The silence is a bit disconcerting. Hope we hear something today.
