Re: Atrum Coal purchase of shares Thanks' for that nebsta2That looks very interesting
Atrum Coal purchase of shares Its been very quiet on here recently! Has anyone seen the following news:[link] [link] listed Atrum Coal are proposing purchasing a 26.68% stake of ATC for $7.13 million (AUD?). It sounds like this could be a positive move for ATC as it will open up a bug customer base:"The agreement allows Atrum to start selling anthracite into export markets which are significantly undersupplied."However, I am unsure where this leaves other shareholders, especially considering the recent delisting. Does anyone know what this values ATC at per share?
AGM Resolutions My broker has notified me of ACG's upcoming AGM (see [link] help me decide whether/which way to vote on the resolutions, does anyone have any opinion on them? Thanks in advance!
Mary Best 23.11.15 Mary Best acquired 142,192,308 ordinary shares in the company.21.12.15 Suspension. The last time Mrs Best acquired a vast amount of shares the company rocketedand when she sold it dived. The plot thickens.I hope us punters are still in it.
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? The fire has died down, but hasn't been extinguished yet! The company, in it's new name is clearly still trading well and making acquisitions! Still livid with events though!
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? Good to see a little life on hear again
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? I hope you are right on the up side.Dangerous/stupid to assumeHow do they get away with it but we wouldall be singing their prises if they pull some thingoff to our advantage obviously. Good luck to all who are still in this one.
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? Directors hold shares: why wouldnt they give us shares in the US listed company. I feel this is positive news considering we were delisted.
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? I would assume we would be given shares in the US listing? Dangerous / Stupid to assume anything with this corrupt company, but my thoughts.
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? And it states they are now "looking to relist on the US market". What impact will this have for those of us with original de-listed shares - will we be able to trade them, or are they still best just filed at the deep at back of the drawer.

Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? So they have got new site.
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? If they do re-list, I'm fairly sure it will be their new top holding company, and not the old ATC company that we hold shares for. Also, I would not expect them to re-list in the UK, but possibly in US. We shall see.
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? FYI, as posted on LSE:"I'm sure some of you will have seen this on twitter, but I am putting together a mailing list of shareholders to send future company updates to. As you can all imagine it is difficult to get in touch with individual shareholders, particularly those who hold their shares through brokers, unless they contact us. We are relying therefore on the company website and twitter page. If anybody would like to be included please contact [email protected]. This is completely new so bear with me while we work it all out, and do get in touch if you have feedback or suggestions. I have repeated this many times but if anybody has any questions then please contact me at the office in Durham Weds/Thurs/Fri. I'm not going to be engaging on here, this is a one off post for information, but I am happy as always to discuss things by phone or email. Twitter is fine, but it has its limits! Please also note any posts copying/quoting private correspondence onto this board are deleted - not by us but by LSE as it is against their terms and conditions. In the past emails have been selectively edited before being posted on here, clearly a situation everyone wants to avoid. Just for information - we are officially Atlantic Carbon Group Plc now and yes the Matched Bargain Platform is up and running. Trades are possible, though as you know it completely depends on buyers and sellers being able to agree on a price, we have nothing to do with this. I will help as much as I can with information on this side of things but ultimately Capita run the service for us so 90% of the time they would be the best place to go. Contact details on our website. Regards, Victoria WorrallAtlantic Carbon Group Plc"I hear the vacuum cleaner starting up, this is the start of them picking up your shares for a song. Remember these people are not your friends, they have already stolen your hard earned money, now they try and steal your shares
Re: The Future for old ATC Shares? It is hard to see what is going to happen here. How much would they have to stump up to buy back all the shares?I know you think that they wont relist but what other options have they got if the BOD's want more money back.AIM is a mess, see HER which I hold, and many others. Maybe in a few years we will look back and think ATC made the correct choices. Tough to see that way at the moment though. Must put these rose tinted specs away.
