Ascent went up 22%, down to up 12%, now up to 2% AGAIN. Go figure Leak?

Ascent Resources. Looks like permit news has leaked. Other bb's suggest the Slovenian agency @colhutch has been “sitting by the phone†( = imminent!) for at least a year. People getting over excited (+ a bit of today’s overall bounce) TP

Ascent Resources. Looks like permit news has leaked. Other bb's suggest the Slovenian agency has verbally confirmed the IPPC permit is imminent. I think it is true. We will see. All IMHO of course!!!

Ascent's IPPC permit could land any time as from next week it seems Having checked out the actual meaning of “few†(the CEO of Ascent said in the last RNS last Monday “now very close to having the IPPC permit confirmed in the next few weeks.â€) it means more than one but not very many. Not an exact science. Come Monday the one week which was the “more than one†is happily gone. Thus from Monday onwards I think it is safe to say “any day soon†for the IPPC permit, which is another non-exect statement. Crazy days eh?? I may chew my own foot off later. The getting in at the last minute for a possible quick buck brigade may turn up tomorrow afternoon. We will see. I would not be surprised. All IMHO of course.

Ascents IPPC license ar long last nearly there - see RNS. IMHO this is likely THIS WEEK Hello. Not really. A number of people have contacted the Slovenian authorities themselves (I take their word for it) and they are being told similar. Also putting out an RNS about it needs some backup does it not. No, it’s on the way I’m sure. In fact as our 'Col has been all but lynched for pervious dates that were not met (actually not his fault but the buck stops with him) I think they are airing on the careful side saying “we have good reason to be confident that the IPPC permit will be confirmed in the coming weeksâ€. I’m thinking later this week. We will see. All IMHO.

Ascent is likely to get the permit referred to in todays RNS THIS WEEK I believe. They have been severely chastised by their own shareholders previously over dates that have not been met. Personally I can’t believe they would say “next couple of weeks†with any chance of that not being the case or they would never hear the end of it. I suspect they are airing on the cautious side and the RNS to say they have the permit will be THIS WEEK. I expect Wednesday or Thursday this week. Just my opinion of course but I have been a shareholder for quite a while. All IMHO.

Bargain Buy in Slovenia? AST… XXXX 20 % rise yesterday , was considering a top up earlier in week , maybe its just wiser to hold these AIM shares , ignoring the ups and downs .

Ii imploded itself! Some of us are still here, and have kept our AST shares waiting for some good news… the permit must surely be awarded soon.
