Re: Couple more hefty trades. Volume up EC,Patience Pays.Just think like a Russian....Population of Slovenia is just over 2m.Also remember the CEO of AST enjoys a game of chess.A good Strategy pays dividends. GLA.
Re: Couple more hefty trades. Volume up DanDaDano not forget that the Slovenian voters go to the polls this weekend in a parliamentary election.GLA. ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- --Hello. Must admit did not know that. Election results expected in what...........2021 I presume. LOL! Or do their ministries move faster than a dead snail sometimes? Can't believe they were allowed in the EU my self but then again Greece was as well............All IMHO.
Re: Couple more hefty trades. Volume up Do not forget that the Slovenian voters go to the polls this weekend in a parliamentary election.GLA.
Couple more hefty trades. Volume up a lot today, 24m so far. Maybe the authorities in Slovenia have finally got around to sorting out the ippc permit?? Most likely cause IMHO.
Some huge trades. Up 8.8% >>> IPPC permit in the post, jv, bid or a load of nothing???
3 Nr. 2.5m share deals today. Up 5.9% > Must be close to end of strategic review now. JV, bid for Ascent or nothing???OR might be that IPPC permit Ascent have been after for 3+ years.Worth keeping an eye.All IMHO.
Geoenergo and Petrol Check out[link] to FX-Wiz on LSE.'Substantial additional reserves are likely to be confirmed by additional appraisal activity in the remainder of the field complex'. Do not overlook the Geoenergo/Petrol manoeuvres next. Are the additional reserves far more than previously mentioned? They know by the seismic data, that a huge volume of gas is waiting to be tapped in Slovenia and are now just playing it out, IMO.Hoping to get it on the cheap??Come on CH it must be time for another one of your chess style moves.A strategic review progress report must be due with talks being mentioned.Buyers at the ready.......GLA.
Re: Fund raise Didn't JR get shot? All you need is patience here.It is just like watching paint dry.GLA.
Re: Fund raise Dontcha just love somebody who shouts FUND RAISE when there aint nothing of the sort!No sign of one yet.Go back to sleep Ewan. TP ps didnt you used to be in Dallas ? They head a few Ewans didnt they?
Funds Needed? Think like a 'Russian' and you will understand AST's predicament. Now who is Slovenia's biggest Gas Supplier.Stitched UP in Slovenia. Can CH resolve the conundrum. No more spanners in the works, please.....Stage 1 - Just look at the monthly salary bill.Take shares not cash, BOD. Prove you have faith in the company to start with.Do you want share price growth to capitalise on all of those share options that you are holding?GLA.
Re: Fund raise I do not think they could get a Rights Issue away at the moment. With the never ending IPPC permit farce and a sick well, who would want to buy more shares?
Re: Fund raise because the last flash primary bid carve up worked so well! what was it at 1.8p?? and those that jumped on are sitting on over 50% loss!!!
Fund raise I seem to recall that at the last AGM Colin asked whether there was any appetite among shareholders for expansion into other opportunities in the region and barely escaped with his life. Quite right too. But does this mean also that there's no appetite for a fundraising to progress the development of Petisovci? That's our reason for buying into the company in the first place and it seems weird to say we'd rather drift along at the mercy of events than take control of the situation. DesireOil has starkly set out the dangers of that course. A rights issue isn't dilutive if you take up your entitlement and even a Primary Bid offering would do a similar job. The only condition I'd place on my support for such a move is that Colin should put the company first and step down. The board has lost its way and investors are putting their faith in a rescue that may never come. Pathetic.
Carefull with the decimal point guys. Recent posts have referred to the share price as 0.00875p, .008p, and .005p.The correct price is 0.8p or £0.008.Not trying to criticize, only it frightens me when I see the sp quoted as 0.008p.
Re: buying thanks for all your info, again, appreciatedwholeheartedly agree with your final line
