Out of the ashes I’d forget about steps if I were you fynne. There’s a brick wall 6 inches in front and another one 6 inches behind. "The focus in Slovenia now inevitably shifts away from the development of the Petišovci Project towards obtaining legal redress for the damages inflicted on shareholders by the actions of the government. " We are now investing in 3rd party law firms and PG10 & PG11 (which I doubt if we will get monthly flow rates from in the future) will be flowed until depressurised and after that the fat lady comes on to the stage. If anyone actually reads these boards anymore and is still invested in AST, it really, truly is over. Protect what you have left is my advice.

Out of the ashes Getting back to planet earth the reality is that today’s announcement, (which completely destroys any chance of AST generating the income required to recover from the mess they are in), is the culmination of the war waged against them and their partners by the Slovenian establishment. It was obvious years ago that hurdles were being placed in front of them deliberately and now they’re not bothering to even try to hide this approach. PG10 and PG11 will now be drawn down to the point where it’s no longer economically viable to maintain production - which can’t be far away given the voracious requirements their resources have necessitated to maintain income, and it’s Goodnight Vienna. Day traders should have been able to make a few bob out of the opening SP today but that’s it. If you’re still in, get out before suspension, use what’s left to rebuild elsewhere. It’s truly over for this company.

Out of the ashes Having been almost at the point of oblivion with the seemingly impossible to get “permit?†AST are still alive and kicking it seems. Increased gas (and revenues) would be a welcome boost and maybe a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel?

Ascent's IPPC permit could land any time as from next week it seems Seems AST may have the permit !! Life in this old dog yet maybe ?

Bargain Buy in Slovenia? AST… XXXX Had limit on last few days 0.23p what a great buy that would of been in hindsight and i was worried to risky lol Just seen its up 150% back to 0.70 p. Makes the PB pass look a bad move but like most times could of got cheaper after. Hope for the other losses they have sold me lol

Coincidence Anyone else think that the fact that Borut Pahor is in UK today, that Leben’s resignation has been accepted today, and that Ascent are holding a shareholder meeting this evening is all just a coincidence? or is there more at work here. If there is, then those permits could be/have been signed off and we may well finally be able to start to move ahead as a company. RNS would be imminent in that case, and SP will swiftly recover to north of 1p glta
