Interest Any thoughts on what may be going on? Bags of assets, director buying, tax losses and the marine sector industry improving. Who is picking up small amounts of stock?

Buy It will be interesting to see if the buy is the same Director. If it is it could be a sure thing that there is positive thinking about ASBE going forward. It is loaded with assets and tax losses and their main market is picking up with more activity in the North Sea. There is little stock on offer so any serious news will put the sp a lot higher.

Re: Interest Not too sure. Freehold property with a cost of £700k in the books for £0 but could be worth well over £1m. Tax losses on trading worth nearly £600k and capital losses worth £1.7m. Assets at the last year end noted as 50p per share. Market picking up for North Sea work and there is a DIrector picking up small amounts of stock. Also a quality name so could be good for an RTO or a shell with so much value to be unlocked.

Losses More losses and it appears that the current year will see borrowings as cash seems to be evaporating quickly.
