rewards and results Aurora say they have no on going charge. Instead they take 1/3 of anything over the benchmark.This could mean that bad years are worse and good years are better as they have no incentive to save a bad year where they have little chance of beating the benchmark. Still, probably better than just being paid whether good or not.
