Re: RNS Since the offer price of the new shares is 35p, I would like to see an increase on that figure after listing; assuming the placing is fully subscribed of course. I think it will be a long time before the share price recovers to the 55 to 60p mark once again.

Readmission in next couple of weeks Tim Corenelius is really selling the growth story. Promising outlook for tidal energy and the progressive movement of SIMEC brands across to Simec Atlantis really gives the impression of a strong future outlook- hopefully I've got my hands on a shooting star here. Too good to be true?[link]

Re: What is going on? Bond offer closed 30/04 so I would have expected an announcement yesterday or today. Poor show by the company not to inform the owners (s/holders) of the final figure.Also, as you rightly say, GF, regular updates on other matters should be the norm, but are remarkable by their absence!TP

What is going on? I am increasingly becoming frustrated by the lack of transparency of the whereabout of the reverse acquisition. MeyGen headway and the bond issuing- both extremely price sensitive and the shares remain frozen. Some shareholder information from the management would be appreciated. I bought into a tidal energy company not a power plant.

Maygen update Project now moves into fully operational phase, with more opportunity for enlargement.Highly successful project that has proved up the system.Other tidal stream projects in the pipeline.But no word on the tie up with the larger operation with alternative systems (waste pellets in SWales)TP

Re: More details And a few more details today, though lacking in specific targets, figures and dates. Progress is being made but it’s a big step, a completely different company will emerge if all goes to plan.Which is not what I bought into! I bought into tidal stream energy, not all the other stuff that’s now being planned.Have to wait developments, I guess.TP
