Out So, after holding for almost 12 months decided to sell my 10,000 shares this morning for a small profit. GLA that still hold...may be back at some stage.
Re: Director buys shares Well done MJ, nice to see a director having faith in the company and putting his money where his mouth is. We've fallen a fair way post share consolidation and clearly this has been over done. I may buy a few more on any positive news. GLA that are holding these including your good self MJ
Director buys shares Matthew Jeffs, Chief Executive Officer, bought 46,000 shares in the company on the 9th November 2016 at a price of 35.00p. The Director now holds 430,000 shares.
I'm in!!! HelloAn old EIS scheme first bought these for me at 0.9p when floated on AIM and followed up supporting two further placements pre 2010. That is all history but I noticed recently that Arcontech have turned a profit and well, to my mind, look interesting. Punting AIM shares has been a painful learning curve over the years but I just feel with profitability, cash in the bank and a restructure of share capital imminent, this may be a winner. Anyway, I'm in for an initial 1,000,000 shares at 0.47p and we'll see where we go from here. GLA that are holding
Interesting look at intrinsic value of Arcontech Group I am doing some research on ARC and found this excellent report [link]
Re: new sales guy You would have sold out into the spike then. Time for you to move on. I have took your comments on board and dismissed them. Good luck when you reinvest into something else.
Re: new sales guy one small sale dont make a company. price will now drift back down to previous levels. a spike is no arguement of fundamentals
Re: new sales guy no upside you said ! your chance to sell....if u have any !
Re: new sales guy er one sale in two years doesnt cut it
new sales guy eh....think they just had a sale. time for you to move on.
repeat business is 90% of sales so no new licence fees this year too. they need a proper sales guy. or develop new products. having dropped overheads buy 30% they are operating with support staff and no new development staff .. ergo no new products. dont see any upside here
how many directors does a company of this size need not 6 thats for sure and the 'new' sales guy has been there two years now.. n perceivable sales made.. time to get a fully fledged proper sales gorilla in..too many chiefs not enough indians as they say
