Is Jeffries report to be believed? Its hard to reconcile Jeffries doom and gloom analysis with APRs own Q3 update when they said:- cash balances were strong at nearly $100M, and Libya had been paying its bills (following good cash flow of $140M, collection of receivables, and $50M profit in H1)- Credit lines renewed and expanded, and there was plenty of room in covenants- Fleet utilization was at 75 % of 2000MW, and 90% renewed - so writing-off Libya should only take that down to 50% at worst, (which is assuming nothing else has been deployed in the mean time). And, if APR needed funds, wouldn't they have chosen a rights issue then, to finance fleet expansion, when the share price was still reasonable, rather than at the current depressed prices?Does anyone know who Jeffries are? - are they a 'reputable' broker? - I'm not familiar with them.
