Re: Directors pay Games, you need to make your opinions known at the AGM and/or to the remuneration committee (assuming they have one.) As a shareholder, your views should be very important. I'm sure you can muster some support.
Re: Directors pay Oxo -- I don't doubt their good credentials in running the business, but their collective take, excluding any compensation in equity is 20% of the annual pre-tax profits and considerably more as a % of post tax no doubt. For a small company like this, that is ridiculous and it makes me nervous.Games - I'm 15% up on the stock, so happy days but they need to address this largesse
Re: Directors pay WTO clarify up 266% and cannot remember if I top sliced put my original investment so could be pure profit! For obvious reasons I think the management team are great.
Re: Directors pay Seems a bit harsh considering other aim pay packets eg bowleven. Especially the CEO who has stuck by the co for 10+ years. This outfit is doing a pretty decent job in my bookWould add easy for me to say as a long term holder as up almost 300% over a 9 year holding period...
Directors pay I must say, I don't like what the Directors consider as a fair screw.Given the modest rise in the business and the additional operational leverage they have loaded onto the company:-The new CEO has awarded a 33% increase ovre last year from £222K to £297KThe CEO retiring £230K compared to 184 --- 25%Karen Prior - Finance trousered £208K compared to £179K -- 16%Chairman - £60K up from £56K -- 7%Games
Re: CFO shares "and is only a small fraction of the total number of shares they hold"yes it's a fraction, and as it's year end, they seem to be maximising their tax allowances.why the dip to 290 -- something in the results wasn't liked?I suspect it's the additional expenditure on staff to boost sales, yet only achieving a modest 4% revenue increase.Games - still reading through the report.
CFO shares It looks like the CFO and husband each sold 5000 shares then re-purchased them inside an ISA - so protecting any future divs and capital gains from tax. Sensible move - it uses up most of their ISA allowance, so it shows confidence in the company - and is only a small fraction of the total number of shares they hold.
Re: CEO Transaction ignore this last post - wrong board
CEO Transaction [link] to imply he sold and then repurchased 10,000 shares at the same price.?????Games

Re: Finals The sales figures in USA and Asia were pretty spectacular. I'd rather have 50% growth yoy in the USA than pretty much anywhere else and very encouraging noises about adoption of their product both over there and in Asia. Appreciate from a low beginning but both huge huge markets so for me very encouraging
Finals I've only had chance to have superficial skim through them; and they seem OK, but nothing better. I'm surprised there was not more of a benefit from currency movements. The market seems to have hardly noticed the announcement. The potential great, so I'll continue to hold.
SInger target 354p SInger's have initiated coverage with a price target of £3.54p.
Volume Huge volume traded today - 7% of the entire company. And the big transactions look like sells, but the price has gone up.Expect an RNS to explain it soon.
