Re: Strong holders on this share The name says it all.
Re: Strong holders on this share I really would like to invest in this company but with all the unexplained delays I'm afraid I'm thinking twice.Plenty more companies on offer.
Re: Strong holders on this share I take what Vonk says with a pinch of salt, I could be more explicit but I have been severely reprimanded by LSEIf the problem is a pump it seems inconceivable to me as an ex Project manager on oil projects not to have a standby spare for a critical part of the production process. Over a week has gone by with the loss of all that revenue at the highest oil price for months if not the year [cannot be bothered to check] and it seems implausable to me the contract did not at least put the responsibility on the supplier to have a spare. So for me it is noit the pump and more likely ANGS have run into the same problems as UKOG as they are using the same rig and the same engineering team I assume. So I am not expecting any quich news releases of flows-very disappointingI hope I am wrong
Strong holders on this share Very good to see strong holds of pi's waiting for results, this is usually the time of panic sells which run the sp down massively! Hopefully news soon but I do wonder why we haven't heard anything yet YI
Re: Mr Vonk where is that flow rate you prom... About 38
Mr Vonk where is that flow rate you promised? Angus Energy mgmt wrote in 6 Nov RNS:"Angus Energy still expects to put Lidsey-X2 into full production this week. The Company will perform testing to optimize production rates and provide an update in due course"Not many hours left on this week.
Re: onwards and upwards.... We've heard all the reasons, excuses, philosophies from AIM oil explorers why the oil ain't come up yet so we (I) never believe it until it arrives but we still invest here in all good faith that it will arrive.Yet to hear that the drillers didn't arrive for their shift because aunty Mary shook her unbrella at them and they ran away or a cat fell down the well and they had to rescue it before it drowned in oil.Still, I live in hope!
Re: onwards and upwards.... Sorry, Hawk. My negativity was really about ProActive who rarely get their facts right, or often just dont tell the whole story.Im bullish about ANGS and look forward to production updates when they come. Technical hitches aside I think were on a winner here.Good luck, TP
Re: onwards and upwards.... the market wants flowing oil out of the ground. For the past few years we have been told with numerous updates about the size of OIP and yesterday ANGS just about almost confirmed we have a Weald wide resource. The market now wants delivery, it wants proof that we can get the oil out and so far all we have is a few hours flow 2 years ago from HH. Now is the time to deliver and until the oil flows at sustainable commercial volumes and quality the market will not care about all the OIP not helped by this latest pump delay which puts question marks around the engineering quality at ANGS
Re: onwards and upwards.... WoW TP! You are really negative for once. Going on production THIS week? And a faulty pump? In the scheme of things who cares about that? What about the additional production zones? This is long term good news compared to a delay of a few days?
Re: Unbelievable low volume trades <Nobody I know has a good word to say for you.>very unkindhope you are counting my recs!!
Re: onwards and upwards.... ProActive, with their usual half baked, incomplete reporting. No mention of the delay, or the faulty pump here then?Come back next week and see how were doing.Happy daysTP

Re: Trying to make good of a bad situati... If the pump is a vital part of the results, I don't doubt that the pump is new or refurbished professionally. I don't know but it would be silly to think that they would fit a broken down donkey to pump for the next several years. Nor do we know which part is damaged/broken,ie was something broken craning it in, accidents do happen and slow projects down..Take it at face value, there is a delay due to damage.
