Today’s 9p placing to raise £2m Blimey, if you want a good laugh, pop over to the ANGS lse discussion board, well over 400 posts there today. The company has announced a £2m placing to institutional investors. Many on the lse board are really upset and feel the company are taking advantage and lack respect for the private investor. It’s being suggested there that the new shares have already been dumped by these institutions. Well firstly the raise has to be approved by all shareholders and secondly I’m sure the company has invited institutions to participate on an understanding that they do so and agree not to just dump them for a quick turn. ANGS has risen strongly on the prospect of imminent production, there is a strong likelihood that some may have borrowed to take the gamble and have now been caught out by this fund raising. The future looks quite bright for ANGS but it ain’t gonna happen overnight as many naive punter had thought.

Today’s 9p placing to raise £2m A lot on the lse board have said the company should have utilised its £3.5m loan facility. Just crazy, it carries a 8.5pc coupon costing over £300k pa. Once again if/when Brockam flows all today’s fuss will be forgotten. Even the price of oil is not an issue here, with Brent at 60 dollars the margin is in the region of 35 dollar a barrel.

Today’s 9p placing to raise £2m Midday and not one comment on this BB regarding this RSN. The lse board has over 300 posts, mostly negative regarding the issue. The 22m shares being issued is very small in relation to the total and they are mostly going to institutional investors. The price decline of about 17pc to 11p is a tad overdone in my opinion. The company is expecting to produce so oil before the end of 2018, if the flow rates are as predicted the sp will not suffer for long.

6p Placing ANGS… XXXXX I did not notice the sharp rise here it went above Zacs 14p . But the nomad didn’t and placing announced this morning @ 9p My slice in July @ 8.25p not looking so bad now.

Nobody seen the rockets? Lots of peeps have now managed to learn to navigate the new ii board. If you don’t believe that just look at the FRR board. Given the recent sp rise here at ANGS, I’m surprised no one’s taken pen to parapet, so to speak. ANGS I should really going places now, with production in full swing and a great “first mover†advantage on the Weald. Leaves UKOG in the shade. Jump aboard and enjoy the ride. TP

6p Placing ANGS… XXXX Only have tiny amount of these left after mistake with slice 23rd July 20018 You will get your 11p today prior. Zac Mir thinks it will hit 14p . The idea to buy back days after in hindsight was a good one , pity it did not lift.

6p Placing You did not wait to long after July 23rd then. AIM is volatile you need to watch it all time unfortunately or maybe get a broker to do that for you . I had a limit order to buy today but did not lift. Enjoy Italy.

6p Placing Never saw 11p otherwise would have cashed in. Unfortunately I don’t spend every waking hour on the markets. I have another life. I seem to recall I bought in at around 6 and sold for around 9 but can’t remember exact figures. I’m currently having a lot of trouble logging on to ii because I’m mostly in Italy and have not been able to see my “recent transactions†at all. It’s a complete shambles. So even setting limit orders is very complicated. TP

6p Placing ANGS… XXXXX Up 23 % today to 11p more then 30 % above my slice only 16 days ago @ 8.25p . Should of taken more notice of the priors wink .
