Rig down next >>>> So the rig is being dismantled and there should be equipment being readied for movement as we speak. Not too long to wait for Angus to be handed the keys and start their program. At least things are now beginning to progress.

Re: SP Turn Around Time - FAQs Sorry, Ripley, I was not having a go at you personally. You will know that we often agree on important issues. I was just making a general observation about the current trend in written English of the term "of" when used instead of "have". Maybe it's because it sounds very similar when spoken, or maybe it comes from txt speak which demands brevity. I don't know. And, no, I dint (!) go t'a posh skewel. (Or a university). So, no offence m8. )TP

Re: SP Turn Around Time - FAQs That's a typo on end of spelling ( sort of make the point , but it was a mistake )

Re: SP Turn Around Time - FAQs I always wonder when someone post about grammar or spellingl why ?Did you go to a posh school ? where you teachers unkind ?What were your parents like ?Personally as long as i can comprehend the message someone is giving that's it.Now i am not lucky enough to know any other language and think children born to family's were English is the second language are fortunate. When i meet immigrants still learning our language i respect there ability to communicate in it. Some have these have wisdom , which i take if i can. How do you react in that circumstance ?

Re: Lidsey low decline So EB you are needing the price to fall again?

EasyBrent 15 Aug 2017

Lidsey low decline Angus Energy has been claiming in a number of investor presentation that, the Lidsey wells are low decline. So why is their own reservoir auditor claiming that the first year decline is estimated to 47%?[link]

EasyBrent 15 Aug 2017

Lidsey low porosity compared to peers Lidsey porosity is considerably lower compared to the porosity found in the nearby Singleton field. Angus Energy management is still using the Singleton field as the closest peer to the Lidsey field. Lidsey-X2 is likely to be a considerably weaker well compared to what the market is expecting.Page 79 in Angus Energy AIM Admission Document[link] Singleton and Horndean wells which are directly to the north have slightly thicker but similar sections which suggests good lateral continuity of the reservoir. A number of petrophysical studies have been carried out on the Lidsey-X1 well and the entire section was cored. Average porosities in the interval are 14.8% and vary from 11-19%, net to gross was determined using a 10% porosity cut off which gives a NTG in the well of 80%. These values are consistent with those interpreted in the Singleton wells. The CPIs show log interpretations to have a good match to core data. The highest permeabilities are seen in the Upper Massive Oolite although this does not equate to the highest recorded porosity zones – permeabilities in this section are less than 1mD. Figure 4.15 shows the Lidsey-X1 CPI.IGAS 2014 CPR Page 16-17, regarding the Singleton field, which they own and operates[link] a regional scale, porosities in the Great Oolite are moderately high in the range 15 - 24%.”
