Court case win buy Amphion has received judgement in court case reversing previous one which means it has won the case. The case centres around use of one of their companies patented software which has been pirated by others. This means that they are entltled to substantial royalties on systems using it and future royalties for the company. The sums involved are substantial for this tiny company and its expected shares will go back to previous 5-6 p range especially when US markets open.
