I don't understand why people are getting excited about either Ebola or the current gold price (Ebola in particular). Ebola is not going to have an effect, unless we're saying its going to wipe out the population of West Africa - which its not! And the price of gold today (Or in 3 months time for that matter) doesn't matter a jot, its only relevant when you have a producing mine. Prices are cyclical and I would rather mine construction started in a trough rather than a peak, for the simple reason it only has one way to go. If the feasibilty study factors in the price at the trough, the resulting NPV is worst case scenario whereas if it is based on high gold prices and the prices go down, the whole project is threatened.

RE: Read this:absolutely Steel. as I have posted before when i first bought into AMA the target price was around 118p, ok we have a dilution but even factoring that in would mean a px of around 90p. yes that was when gold was 1500 per ounce however ama are very well run by aan excellent mgt team etc so potential upside is huge it just needs gold to get back on the menu !!!!!

you just don't know who to trust and who telling the truth with WHO saying ebola is under control, BBC saying ebola is spreading quickly today, US says theres more cases by year end you can never trust media or the government

west africa is in a right mess, WHO and the media says ebola is under control of course they would say that and probably lies, and they saying there is still 1000 cases of ebola turning up each week not including unreported cases hmmmm
