Re: Any idea what's causing this downwar... Still all hype and tiny revenues, a bit like 4d pharma. If you time it right you can make a packet shorting these. Next stop 190p
Re: Any idea what's causing this downwar... Whats causing this latest downward movement. Its fallen from over 400 to 275 in a month. There was a Jeffries donwgrade on Friday which would partly explain big fall today. I wonder whats going on

Re: Any idea what's causing this downwar... IAM share -- correct. Venture Cap companies are expensive operations that usually benefit the directors and key staff. Seed backed investments are very risky and the vast majority fail or do not go on to be significant contributors.Of the 10 technology companies and the 9 biotech/medical companies (I think that's what they have here), does anybody here have any special knowledge that suggests they are going to be winners against more established tech or pharma companies? Also if this was such a hot number why are all these directors selling out?07-Jun-16 Sell Marc Eichenberger 338.00p 100,000 £338,000.0113-Jun-16 Sell Michael Turner 331.90p 100,000 £331,899.6910-Jun-16 Sell Marc Eichenberger 351.22p 84,506 £296,802.1413-Jun-16 Exercise of option Michael Turner $2.48 100,000 $192,322.7209-May-16 Sell Marc Eichenberger 344.61p 37,980 £130,882.23Games -- This could go the same way as Woody's Game Group or many others.
Re: Any idea what's causing this downward SP... Could it be the massive 100 million loss and current small revenues?
Any idea what's causing this downward SP? There is some unseen factor (to me), does anyone here have any ideas?Does it have anything to do with the recent Blocklisting Six Monthly Return by any chance? Thanks!
Very quiet board! Hi, This is a very quiet discussion, is it because no-one is holding these or because everything needs to be said has been! I've just bought in to these shares, as high risk, hopefully , high gains!thanks for reading.. if anyone is out there
Re: What's Happening Here?? I think one of the directors sold a number of shares recently, and a hedge fund has taken a small (0.5%) short. As there is very little free float i.e shares available on the market it doesn't take much to set off sharp moves up or down. It's an interesting company inasmuch as it the end point of something like $20 billion (I think I read) Research & Development budgets from US universities & military and is doing some clever stuff with other companies but there's many a slip 'twixt research and profitability! The last round of fundraising was well supported by key investors, at a much higher price than today but I'd say it's a big year for Federated Wireless and Spin Transfer this year - they need to pull their fingers out.
What's Happening Here?? I have had this on my radar for a few months.......can anyone enlighten me with what is happening? This company had a good write-up somewhere before Christmas hence why I became interested in it.STR
Poor old Woody! Jaysus, this puppy is takin' one helluva battering today. Woody must be sweating a bit.LKH on the flybridge what with Drax and all

Re: Fund Managers dealings N/c
Fund Managers dealings From Citywire:"Woodford tops up on under-fire Allied MindsStar manager Neil Woodford has added to his stake in Allied Minds (ALML), taking it past 28% of the company.Woodford Investment Management increased its holding to a stake worth £284 million at a share price of 470p. The shares have enjoyed a strong rally over the last month, up more than 33%, recovering some of the losses incurred after an attack from hedge fund Kerrsidale Capital, which is shorting the sharesKerrisdale issued a highly critical report in September, branding the company a dressed-up collection of high-risk, low-reward gambles and arguing the shares could fall by at least 70%.Woodford Investment Management has hit back, branding Kerrsidales intervention opportunistic, adding that there was nothing fundamental to concern us in its report."
