Re: analysis of results at 59p Agree Solid share to own .I bought at 54 and 59 p See them going up quite a bit m
analysis of results at 59p a good set of results and i think solid share to own.its a simple business to understand and relate to and it is a growth market - they say so and we can all see it with regards to NHS and election manifesto. current divi is 2.4p (4%)and over the coming years.....1. they have inflation increases (currently 1.6% and they say the construction inflation it is linked is back up in the system but will come through) i.e. it is a definate but it takes more examples to impact the mathematical equation used in rent review. these adjustment will add 6% to the divi over 2 or 3 years2. they have 190m of finance capacity (90m under discussion) that could add 15% to the portfolio and pro rate increase in divi 3. and they could easily raise a further 200m of equity (1 for 5) which would give 600m of assets - and thus add a further 50% to asset base. issuing equity at current price ADDS to NAV and although there is a short term stalling of EPS growth the institutions that want to pile in here are looking at a 10 year view so a 1 for 5 rights is immaterial.so over 3 years divi could increase towards 4p and hard to see anything or any economic scenario that will stop that happening and there are 60% inflation protected!it seems to me its got a lot of potential with minimal downside support by chart.ALL IMHO, DYOR + BoLAGR is in my top5 hldgs
I shora lika this! Continues solid progress, with the key elements for a REIT all heading in the correct directions.Dividend up and more than fully covered, NAV rising to 49p and average cost of debt being eroded to just over 4%.Whilst you can justifiably say SP frothy, the foundations are solid and represent a tribute to our late CEO, who took over around 36p. His recently appointed successor needs only to keep the ship off the rocks. Dyor.PB.
Re: Results The headlines look good, 75% increase in profit, near double digit growth in div.Tad expensive for my tastes, but I'm not a seller, nor a buyer at the price.Any significant drop in price I'll be adding. For those that take an interest, or believe, i think it looks a bearish chart.Better yield and discount is on offer, but I still like having this particular sector in my portfolio.I suppose that makes me a sit on the fence HOLDDL
Results Interim results look good as does dividend increase.Any thoughts?
Re: sp Yes, I sold today, it should go up now!
sp Is there any news that will ever shift the s p of AGR ?
Re: healthcare So much for the midas tip in the Mail, darned sp went down not up. Their info looked out of date too. Oh well here I am and waiting for a PROFIT OPPORTUNITY HAVING BOUGHT IN AT 57.55P.
Re: healthcare this shareprice has moved around quite a bit especially if you take into account the scrip issue. I have made thousands this year on this share, and the same last year, although this year you have had to dip in and out The sector is a different story - Woodford seems to be having a poor ru
Re: healthcare The SP or the sector? The sector has got be represented in a portfolio in my mind. Demographics suggest its a growing not diminishing market. I have this as well as others in my portfolio. I also have XWHD.L at a near 12 month low, but up some 70% since I bought it. I'm also keen on GSK and remain a buyer on dips.DL
healthcare This is a sector Woodford thinks is good value at the moment I have been in for about a year and no real movement in s.p Any thoughts on that

final results Any thoughts on topping up before finals?
Re: Buy?? Hi Tommy,At 50'sh pence I'm not adding myself. Not because of any concern about the company, my views are quite the opposite. I see AGR as a good long term buy and hold position.I will add more on any pull back, or good news.Depends on your time frame. If your buying for the long term entry point becomes less of a concern. They aren't a bad price at the moment. Why not hold out for a better price or if you spot momentum jump in?I bought at 40p.DL
