Re: RNS Try 34.5p!!! Thats after a number of averaging downs. This company is a disgrace and i dont believe the boyo's are solely to blame although perhaps mainly. Why we are compensating them for their ineptitude is also beyond me if the Sp gets even half way near to covering the cost of selling i for one will leap at the chance and perform a wee jig naked in the fountain at Trafalgar Sqr with my welsh flag nappy on my head!
Re: RNS Yes they can raise the price, but unfortunately the fundamentals are non existant. Would really like to know, what will take, to bring SP back to 20p.
Re: RNS See? They can raise the share price when they really try
Re: RNS With over 21% rise today, market overwhelmingly approved the departure of Williams gangs
Re: Y now New financial year, gives them a few more bites at the trough.Ironic we have to take more dilution so we can pay off these pair of con men.Lets look to the future now and hopefully some good acquisitions as AGQ is basically a shell and has nothing at the moment.
Y now dont see why they didnt just shuffle off last year? Or the year before that? Or the year before that? They proved themselves very efficient at debt ladening the asset and then handing it over once shareholders had paid for the whole process of proving up to production!Ever tried to move a pig away from the trough when there are still apples in it?Oh well good riddance to bad rubbish, enjoy another years wages at our expense boyos and all the very best for your next ventures! I will most certainly not be poking my barge pole any where near what ever pile of proverbial that may be! End of an era? Thank the flipping crows!
RNS 602 000 raise, just enough to pay two Williams, but the end of Williams era must be good news
Only 150% to go Only 150% to go before these will cover their own transaction charge! These boyos couldn't find Lithium if they were prescribed it! all in my humble fumble crumble! Dyor, you dont need to scratch very far to realise that just about every other disaster on Aim is preferable to this rusty bucket of .......
Re: Disgraced CEO Jim Williams to be fir... He made money, and lots of it, all this years. Firing to him means nothing, he is going to start another ''dog'' and start all over again. And, that is life.
Re: Disgraced CEO Jim Williams to be fired "to be fired" ? Does that mean it hasn't happened yet? Sorry but I haven't any faith in shareprophets or their man, TW.... hence.....[link] know when the Willams boyo is truly on the way out , imho, 'cos Arian will need to create another placing to compensate him for the loss of his trough! Until then....iechydd da !
Disgraced CEO Jim Williams to be fired Arian Silver's disgraced CEO Jim Williams to be fired - Lithium RTO and fund raise imminent[link] City source has revealed to me that the long serving and self serving fat cat boss of serial uber dog Arian Silver (AGQ), Mr Jim Williams is set leave the company within days. The forced departure of Williams, whose pay has been obscene in relation to the 99% shareholder wipeout which he has presided over, is a prelude to yet another fund raise.
Re: Mr Williams to be fired? To late for many of us now.
Mr Williams to be fired? Our great leader, CEO, business giant and Welshman is to be given the heave-Ho, (Apparantly) prior to another big dilution.......
Re: If only..... I followed ARIAN when SP was about 32p, never bought it but at that time I liked it, until the sale of all good assets. I see DDD is still there, hope you didn't suffer too badly, I read many of your posts and liked them. Today at 0.20p it's a joke or just another example of AIM disaster. NO FUTURE HERE WHATSOEVER. I am amazed they are still lingering on.
If only..... Arian actually had some Lithium.....or silver for that matter. The Lithium story is quite a good one although my understanding is that the bottleneck is in processing it, rather than finding it, at the moment.[link]
