Re: Did something just happen? I could not find this article - please would WoIsMe summarise. Not sure researchers can do without Abcam which has a high trust rating. Scientists must produce results or be eliminated through lack of published work. China is rapidly catching up with the USA in life sciences and Abcam has a good footprint in that region so I am not too perturbed by Trump crazyness. Suggest this drop in SP is a temporary glitch and may represent a good buying opportunity especially if the price drops to 800.

LKH,It's just I'm away next week, limited internet access, certainly during trading hours, so it's going to be hard enough to find out what (if anything) has happened let alone react to it. It started in earnest about 10:45am yesterday., i.e. 6.45am Eastern Standard Time (usually 5 hours difference but only 4 at the moment, they're already on DST). That's too much for just plain old volatility even on a bouncy bunny like this one.The only thing I could find that might hurt them, and then only indirectly, was:[link] maybe the market thinks could put of some pharmas off buying ABCs research tools - restricted or delayed money on the back end reduces the amount invested upfront which kicks through to those supplying research tools.A little grasping as straws as it's a significant SP move but can't find anything else.Regards,(still very much) ITDYA
