Re: AAZ Production is it my stupid calcs ,or has this company produced more revenue this year than its current market cap?
drill results this is a huge find and it will be very cheap to exploit, high levels of leachable gold right at the surface and the ends of the orebody are not defined , looks like over 1m oz of gold from a back of envelope calculation , which will keep the plant going for years, also looks like there is likely to be much more gold to be found in the area, I am sure all the expansion of the leach pad and water systems have been planned as they have been scoping out this site, if they hit the high grades first they should have a very nice boost to production this is all coming together nicely, amazing market cap is still only 20mio gbp ...
Re: AAZ Production yeah and this companies market cap is £17m where as SOLG is valued at £220m and they haven't even built a mine yettheres some true gems out there and this is one undervalued stock32p on a breakout from this pattern

Re: QE to Infinitee I think he's too busy trying to add up how much he's lost on Frontera.Their share price has evaporated just as our SP and the PoG went up 200%.Terrible calls all round.I would go over there to point this out to him but I know he'll read this over here and going over there to pass on my wisdom would make me no better than him.Karma?
Re: QE to Infinitee totally clueless
Taking some off the table Thank you aaz, it's been a wonderful ride.ww
QE to Infinitee You had a sell recommendation on this in April, at 6.25p.+200% in 3 months.Frankly, you are a bit clueless.Hope that helps, ww
Re: Harder AND lower grade ore?! No sign of you recently QE. How come?D'ya reckon you got it wrong?Over 20p next week
Latest production figures Over Jan-May 2016 production totaled 784.3 kg of gold (187.2 kg in May) and 162.3 kg of silver (32.2 kg)([link] ounces in May. 27666 ounces so far this year (5 months). Their production target is 73-77,000 for 2016 so looks like they are a little behind target at the moment, but assuming gold stays above 1200 and they do 73,000 ounces then revenues for FY2016 should be at least $90m (if you include the copper and silver). Also " We estimate that the combined effect of the recent devaluation and the previous devaluation in February 2015 will reduce our operating costs by approximately $13 million in the 2016 financial year"That will make them a VERY cash generative business. Last year they made $18million of operating cash flow. They made a recorded loss before tax mostly becasue of depreciation and amostisation od $22m. I find their depreciation method quite aggressive - they have written off the value of their plant and buildings after 8 years, and their vehicles after 4 years. So i think there is probably more value on the balance sheet than actually theyr are showing. Even so Market cap at 15p = £16.8m, and EV (including the debt) £50m on a EV/EBITDA basis 2.7and total net assetts £78.6m I do recognised the uncertainty of gold price , and the PSA (which at some point turns to the Gvnt AZBJ favour) but surely this is worth EV=Net assets, which would make share price 25p.
Re: Nice return Yep looks like it I'm in20p?
Re: Nice return 8p? Not likely.Very strong buy.
Re: Nice return Re test to 8p?
Return to profitability Link from elsewhere www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilsenY9ZMFYStock Tube interview with Bill Morgan CFO.Bill is noting that the debt reduction from $54million to $49million is more significant than it looks as it covers additional capex in 2015.Should AAZ gain cash flow momentum (and Bill appears to believe they can) and if they can renegotiate the debt as they are endeavouring to do, then the route to profitability could be an accelerated one. It would appear there are good signs, that Cashflow increase might be compounded due this year due to the effects of a full year production from the floatations plant, the significant devaluation in the Manat (projected further $13 million in 2016 ) as well as higher metal prices should jump start the turnaround process. The current EV alone converted into market cap would see us trading at around the 40p range based on current shares in issue.
