Re: The real re-rate triggers swallow a hostile take over is po-sable with any company whose shares are under value .i do now and then have a look at cey and there grades are dropping dramaticly .i suspect that they may well be interested in taking a staked in the company with a possibility of taking a position on salinbas
Re: The real re-rate triggers I do think we have shorters at work on this company but i am also wondering if there is a serious predator waiting to pounce on the company if a major discovery is made. I wish i knew more about how these things work. If the sp is suppressed then the company is more open to a hostile takeover ? Is that possible in Turkey ?
Re: The real re-rate triggers Hopefully not long to wait. Im hoping the Accounts will filter out and generate Analyst/Broker interest and in turn perhaps even an Institutional Investor. But over 2/3 years the returns should be stunning imo. Good luck.
Re: The real re-rate triggers Hello roco I am waiting for it to go up. Plenty of good news now.Loadsadough
Re: The real re-rate triggers With all those in place it is easy to see this as a ten bagger imo. The gains over the next 2/3 years could be very substantial if it all plays out as planned and financing is managed timely & sensibly.
The real re-rate triggers I suspect that the real re-rate triggers will be one or more of the following:-1. Tavsan production of 30,000 ozs p.a. plus - perhaps even when in sight with Permits & Bank finance.2. Major discovery at Salinbas - maybe 2019 plans could be instrumental.3. Interested party sniffing at Salinbas - J.V. or outright purchase.4. Or just gold recovering to $2000 p.oz.In the meantime I see us ticking up steadily as we increase the Life of Mine, pay off the Kiziltepe Bank facility , increase the Resource.
Re: 3.5 Mill shares - director trades tt ,pharmajiles ,oohthatscheep,fred53 or what ever you want to call your self .where kerrmin went wrong was in not taking litigation against oohthatscheep for the post saying that the company had a black hole that all the money was disappearing in to.he should have nailed your hide to the wall there and then
Tom Winnifrith says BUY? More drivel.Tom Winnifrith says BUY? I am not a subscriber so I can't read it - but the headline ends with "Buy"."Ariana Resources significant resource increase at Kepez prospect, BuyHotStockRockets | Sunday 3 June 2018"[link] is good to see tipping it as a buy, but I thought he has a good following so why didn't they pile in today?
Re: 3.5 Mill shares - director trades I suspect that it was a director stashing them away for the long term.If I had waited, I would saved myself the time and effort of typing that drivel in my 17:29 posting.
3.5 Mill shares bought back? Another trade has just popped up on the Trades screen on her -Time 17:150 Price 1.29 Volume 3,500,000 Value £45,150So did someone sell and buy back in a SIPP or a director buy them back in some sort of trust?
3.5 Mill shares dumped at 1.24p Why???? Somebody dumped 3,500,000 shares at 1.24p.I took my information from the Trades screen on this site so if anyone wants to tell me that I got it wrong and it was a buy, by all means do so, I don't mind being corrected.I am surprised. Until today, I had the opinion that the sp would continue to drift lower and hit 1.1p or thereabouts, maybe even 0.9p, but after reading today's results, I thought this might be the thing that would make the difference and the sp would rise.the way, in the recent debate argument I didn't mention that if the sp were to hit 1p, I would be buying back the ones I sold.I am very surprised to see somebody sell off a chunk like that. What do they see ahead? To me, and to all of us, these results are extremely positive and as is said in the statement, you would expect the sp to be much higher. So what did the seller see lying ahead? This needs Sherlock Holmes in partnership with Columbo and Poirot.
Re: RNS out - very good results Sorry, meant to add, and I think the company agrees with my view, given that they mentioned the actions last year twice in the chairmans statement and financial review. They didnt quite say sorry, but in my view that was about as close as you could get.
Re: RNS out - very good results You will be hard pushed to find a more bullish chairmans statement issued by any company this year. And a detailed assessment of a year which is beyond the wildest dreams of this particular shareholder 2 years ago. The employees of the company and of Zenit really are to be commended for a stunning operational year. And yet the share price doesnt move. I still think that is down to the clumsy, hamfisted placing last year. Trust is quickly lost and hard to recover. I see they are thinking of buy backs - like someone else mentioned on here I think I would rather see a divi as a tremendous statement of intent but can understand why they would take the view that buy backs are the lower risk, long term option.
