Top Up Offer I fail to see how it is in the interests of current shareholders to agree to the top up offer Albion are currently offering.Under the offer new shares rank pari passu with existing shares. Investors are being tempted to invest by the promise of an immediate dividend flow based on the existing portfolio developed over many years at the expense of existing shareholders.In times gone by investors in top up offers invested in a separate 'C shares' portfolio that only merged with the ordinary portfolio after a number of years.Well I shall be voting against.
